When will I receive my photos?+
You’ll receive a proof gallery within 24–48 hours of your shoot to choose your favorites. Once you confirm your selections, Ki will share your delivery date. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after selection confirmation. Rush editing and delivery within 1–3 business days after selection confirmation is $100, subject to availability.
How many images are included?+
It depends on the package you choose. Each package lists its included retouched images, and your brochure will confirm the details. You can purchase additional images before or after your shoot.
What do I need to book a shoot?+
Start with the inquiry form. Ki will send the package brochure, discuss your vision on a 15-minute consult, and email your proposal and invoice. For standard bookings, your date is secured after the 50% deposit is paid. For shoots requested fewer than 7 calendar days ahead, full payment and the $150 last-minute fee are required.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Deposits are non-refundable. Please let Ki know at least 48 hours before your shoot if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation within 24 hours of the shoot requires payment of the remaining balance. If you reschedule, choose a new date within two weeks or the deposit is forfeited.
Can I book a shoot at the last minute?+
A shoot requested fewer than 7 calendar days before the session is a last-minute booking, subject to Ki’s availability. A $150 last-minute booking fee applies. The full package price and fee must be paid before the date is confirmed. This is a scheduling fee; rush editing is separate and costs $100 when available.
Can we shoot in a studio?+
Yes. Studio photoshoots are available. The studio rental fee is an additional charge billed to the client. Ki will discuss the studio options and fee during your consultation and add the agreed cost to your final invoice before you book.
Can I use my images for my website and marketing?+
Yes. You’ll receive a limited use release for your personal or professional website, social channels, and print marketing with appropriate credit. Publishing, brand sponsorships, and paid advertising need separate licensing and fees.
Can I get every photo from the shoot?+
An unretouched collection of all photos can be purchased separately. Your package includes the stated number of selected, retouched images.
Do you travel outside Atlanta?+
Yes. Ki can travel for shoots outside Atlanta. Travel costs and accommodations, when needed, are quoted separately before booking.
